Welcome, welcome please sit down and while i speak dont you make a sound not that any of this will mean a thing Just let me poke fun at you I swear what I speak I wont do These words I speak are only words indeed you can search across the land to find yourself a better man someone to hold you close so you dont break I wish you would dry those tears and let go of the last few years and toughen up that fragile skin of yours Hon relax cuz you know me and like i said some day you'll see That it pays to walk the earth more like a man i'll take you on a moon light ride I'll cut your neck and sell your hide and I "mean it" from the bottom of my heart you can search across the land to find yourself a better man someone to hold you close so you dont break I wish you would dry those tears and let go of the last few years and toughen up that fragile skin of yours Well hon relax and put your little hand in mine cuz you never know what we might encounter and if your mirror mirror on the wall is tired of answering true or false well maybe he just tired of talking to you

Go if you want to, it's gonna be this way Go if you want to, I don't feel the same Go if you want to, there's the door Go if you want to, but don't complain no more I know I'm selfish and you are too I know I'm impolite but you're so aloof My shield is too small to cover you all My sword was broken while I watched you fall So Go if you want to, it's gonna be this way Go if you want to, I don't feel the same Go if you want to, there's the door Go if you want to, but don't complain no more Got my head so high up in the trees that i cant see the ground Got my head so high I just might die. All I see are birds and clouds and sky Go if you want to, it's gonna be this way Go if you want to, I don't feel the same Go if you want to, there's the door Go if you want to, but don't complain no more You think it's easy, just a walk in the park You feel forsaken, left out in the dark Like I am above you, pitchfork and horns This is all my fault even though you were warned So Go if you want to, it's gonna be this way Go if you want to, I don't feel the same Go if you want to, there's the door Go if you want to, but don't complain no more Got my head so high up in the trees that i cant see the ground Got my head so high I just might die. All I see are birds and clouds and sky

Cheshire Cat 04:15
I hesitate to turn the light I may fear the other side Though it exists and I am there I don't think I came prepared The light moves while the shadows change The picture has been rearranged "What's to fear?" I thought I heard But where's the voice that spoke the words I'm not schizophrenic Don't believe in ghosts But this peculiar old man Sat beside the lamp post With a smile so bright Like the Cheshire Cat Made the rest of his face Disappear behind his hat Inverse measures of the mind Have locked us into space and time When surfing probabilities There are no doors, there are no keys Start to look between the light You never know what you might find Tricky yet fulfilling But only for the willing I'm not schizophrenic Don't believe in ghosts But this peculiar old man Sat beside the lamp post With a smile so bright Like the Cheshire Cat Made the rest of his face Disappear behind his hat

I read the good book before I used all the paper I found that I am still confused If I give my soul to Jesus I get nothing But if I sell it to the devil he'll show me how to play the blues I sang that song for the reaper He said "Boy you ain't got no soul, I'll come back for you later, til then Learn how to rock n roll" All the fundamentalists are putting up there fists It appears they got a little lost in their pride Now before you go playing this record backwards I'm just saying if there's a god he's on everybody's side I sang that song for the reaper All he did was laugh He said "Boy you still don't get it do you? You gotta learn how to make last!" The mad man Alice Cooper became a priest Bob Marley said god was a living man Jimmy Hendrix said "Music is my religion" That's the only one I understand I sang that song for the reaper right before I asked him "why?" He said "God is what you make it, boy, Whatever rules you want to apply" I caught the reaper dancing To a song that I wrote He said "Man you're starting to catch on, Take my hand, it's your time to go"

E.M.D. 09:43
A seed is planted, the egg is fertilized Energy is granted, now begins a new life Shape-shifter Slowly growing while all the patience thins Always flowing the journey begins Shape-shifter More eyes awake

Two Pigs 06:36
Two pigs underneath the linens A skeleton is crawling into bed Stretch 'em out cuz he taller then the piggies An alien is living in his head The sun seems to be where it all begins But an outsiders see us as the seventh stone in Big brother is hiding under the table Whirlwind is a poetic disguise Dressed in mythological clothing But no one can cover up the sky Two pigs underneath the linens A skeleton is crawling into bed Stretch 'em out cuz he taller then the piggies An alien is living in his head The sun seems to be where it all begins But an outsiders see us as the seventh stone in Run mother get back to your baby Your folklore is an unpleasant surprise Big brother is still under the table Cuz no one can cover up the sky

North Coast 06:42
3,500 miles of shore I dont really think we could ask for more surrounded by fresh water seas We got dunes, waterfalls, and plenty of trees We got islands of mystery The kind of music that will never let you sleep Everything that would make it seem Like we're living in a beautiful dream We're not rubbing it in or trying to boast We're just speaking of the love coming from the North Coast North Coast I love you so And I think of you every where I go On the back forty were the music sprouts The roots stand strong while the birds sing out From motown city up to the bay Everybody comes to see those players play The horn section that never stops Rain or shine they're going to make you drop The earth works well when your on the farm You're going to feel the love so don't be alarmed If you want to dance and feel alive Then get your ass out to Four Finger Five We come from, we come from the north We come from we come from the north There's a little place we know called Kalamazoo Where the sky is green and the grass is blue When it gets late, real late at night The T-Lo boys will make you feel alright The best beer comes from Larry Bell Don't ask him the secret cuz he'll never tell But he's got the best crew in all the land Always bringing in the best rock n roll bands And the penthouse where we kick it downtown We love you boys and we'll see you around We come from, we come from the North we come from, we come from the North North Coast I love you so and I think of you everwhere i go North Coast I love you so and I think of you everywhere i go North Coast I love you So.

I know this little woman Her soul is for sale Her lips are chapped And her face is pale Look out momma Whatcha trying to lose If you don't be careful You're gonna catch them cocaine blues She was always in the bathroom When we'd go to the shows "I'll be right back," she'd say, "I gotta powder my nose," C'mon girl, We all saw the clues Yeah it's sneaking up on her But she's catching them cocaine blues When she ran out She'd get on the phone Even her dealer said "Leave it alone" That's bad y'all Whatever happened to booze? She ain't over the edge but she's got them cocaine blues When she finally figured out She'd have to sacrifice She started dating her dealer For a discount price He said "Listen up baby, you're gonna have to choose. Do you want me, or do you want them cocaine blues?" So, she roller skated Down the road that he paved And then one night She got in his way Oh lord sister, where'd you get that bruise? When you gonna leave it woman? When you gonna drop them cocaine blues? She got busted With a couple of rails She's doing time In the county jail That's right y'all I got some more bad news She didn't learn her lesson And she fell back in them cocaine blues
